All funding is structured as secure loans - not equity. You lend capital to a specific project you choose, we pay you interest, and you have real-time visibility into every dollar and deadline from day one.

Get Inside Access

Club members receive announcements first when new projects open, including one-pagers, and full project presentations.

Choose Your Project

If a project interests you, request more information and schedule a call. You pick the project. You decide if and when you fund.

Step 4

Track It In Real Time

Once you've funded a project, you'll be onboarded into BuilderTrend - our project management platform that shows you schedules, budgets, progress photos, and draw requests as they happen.

You Lend. We pay you back - with interest.

Every project offering specifies the exact payout method. Principal and interest are typically paid per structure at refinance or close, with some projects structured around phased milestones.

Construction and development phase funding. Secured against the project. Payout at refinance or close.
