Greg brings over 45 years of hands-on experience in residential construction and development. He has built and overseen thousands of homes and projects while continuously refining systems that improve efficiency, reduce timelines, and control costs. His focus on trade coordination and process optimization is a key driver behind the company's ability to execute quickly and consistently

John Smith

Market Strategy and Development

With over 55 years in production building and development, John provides strategic direction across all projects. His experience navigating multiple market cycles allows the company to identify opportunities, manage risk, and align developments with both current demand and long-term trends.

Sam Crawley

Operations & Project Control

Sam oversees estimating, scheduling, and financial tracking across projects. Working in coordination with a global operations team, he ensures accuracy, efficiency, and real-time visibility into every stage of development.

Scott Hill

Investor Relations & Captial Strategy

Scott is a 1991 Graduate of Columbia University. He brings over 30 years of entrepreneurial experience across multiple industries. He leads investor relations and capital coordination, helping align project opportunities with the right investment partners.

Together, the team operates as an integrated development platform-focused on executing efficiently, managing risk, and delivering consistent results across projects.
