How our funding works

All opportunities are structured strictly as secured loans, not equity. You, as the funder, are effectively lending capital to us, and in return, we pay you interest. Each funder can choose which specific project they want to loan into, ensuring clarity and control.

When payouts occur

For all phases—acquisition, horizontal, and vertical—payouts are typically made per structure at refinance/close. Depending on the project, we may alternatively structure returns around phased milestones. Each offering will specify the exact payout method.
