The Building Company U.S. is the parent company of a group of Real Estate and Construction related companies that operate separately, but often in conjunction with each other. Each company was built to support and compliment the others. Over the past 5 years we have carefully hand picked a team of leaders to steer each of these companies through the many economic ups and downs that are inevitable in an ever changing economy.

This practical ingenuity makes him the engine of efficiency behind every project.

With over half a century in production building and development, John has guided projects through every market cycle. Sam Crawley
Sam manages our day-to-day estimating, scheduling, and accounting, ensuring seamless execution on the ground in the U.S. Meanwhile, Karthick leads a 50-person operations team in India, providing 24/7 continuity in bidding, draw control, and schedule tracking. Together, they create a global backbone that turns complex challenges into streamlined processes, giving our partners unmatched accuracy and real-time visibility into every dollar and deadline.
